Community management is about more than overseeing operations. At each SunWest community, large or small, the Community Manager serves on behalf of the Association to help create a well-maintained, welcoming, and thriving place to live. Associations provide important services such as amenity, street, and landscape maintenance, along with standards and CC&R enforcement that help preserve community quality and protect property values.
Since 2000, SunWest has been proud to help shape the lifestyle and sense of community within SunRiver Communities by organizing and facilitating fitness, educational, and social activities. Since then, we have expanded to include more communities: Bloomington Villas at Bloomington Country Club, Desert Hills Townhomes, Pecan Valley Resort, Rockland Townhomes, SunRiver Villas, Vista Del Sol, and Woodland Estates.
